RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We will not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
All items are thoroughly checked before they are shipped.
If item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact
us or the carrier immediately upon inspection.
Please be sure of the size costume needed when ordering.
There is a 15% cancellation fee charged for any order canceled, unless the order was canceled by us. If you refuse delivery or your package cannot be delivered to the address that you supplied and it is returned to us, the original shipping charge is NOT refundable and you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges back to us plus a 25% restocking fee.
This applies to all order cancellation requests AFTER shipping has occurred.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
All mascots are considered special orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All duties, taxes and miscellaneous charges that may be imposed by your country and any additional charges that may be incurred should you refuse the package will be solely at your expense.

Orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes with UPS. Orders are processed within 24 hours. In stock items should arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date ordered.
