Ursula's Costumes Inc. has made a strong commitment to giving back to our local community.
Due to the number of requests we receive, Ursula's Costumes Inc. is only able to assist organizations once a calendar year. Please be aware that we only fulfill two requests and cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
Donation Guidelines
- Guidelines for submitting a donation request to Ursula's Costumes Inc. are as follows:
- All requests must be typed on your organization's official letterhead
- Requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to your event date
- Requests must include the following information:
- Organization's name, 501(c)(3) tax id number, and mailing address
- Event name, date, and location
- Type of fundraiser
- Who/what is benefiting from the event/funds
- Contact name, mailing address, and phone number
- Mail requests to the following:

- Donation requests will be responded to via mail only, one to two weeks prior to your event. Faxed, phone, e-mailed or incomplete requests will not be accepted.
